Taurus is the sign of the bull. Like the bull, Taurus people tend to move slowly and deliberately. They are slow to anger but, when enraged, will charge just like the 'bull in the china shop', creating considerable damage not just to others, but to themselves too. Aries is one of the Fire signs of the zodiac. People born under a Fire sign tend to be enthusiastic but, like fire itself, have enthusiasm levels that range from dying embers to forest fires. Pisces belongs to both the Water and Mutable groups. Pisces people are driven by the desire to please and soothe others. Some have healing ability and most are intuitive. They are able to sense a texture, hear a sound or feel a mood. This amazing sensitivity can lead them to be described as psychic. They do not need to be physically near someone whom they are fond of to know what that person is thinking or feeling. It is as though they are radios tuned into several stations all at the same time. Of course this is confusing and it can result in them getting lost, turning up for appointments on the wrong day or at the wrong time, and forgetting what happened just a few hours earlier.

It is not easy to be a Pisces and many Pisces will try acting out their opposite sign of Virgo. They do this by developing super efficiency and demanding perfection from others. Aquarius people are quick to adopt labour-saving devices and often develop the technical expertise to design these. Occasionally the electrical charge around them may be too much for the machines however and they may acquire a reputation for breaking computers etc. Theirs is not one of the more emotional signs of the Zodiac and indeed, there are times when their detachment from emotional issues can lead them behaving insensitively or even cruelly. They tend to be political in their thinking and are driven by humanitarianism. They think quickly and abruptly change subject when they feel they have grasped all that they need to know.

They take delight in specialising in unusual subjects and their hobbies can be a source of fascination to others. They enjoy the concept of surprise but have a preference for surprising others rather than been surprised themselves.

Aquarius is the last of the Air signs of the Zodiac. It is also the only one of the these signs to belong to the Fixed group. Aquarians derive satisfaction from thinking differently to others. It is a complement to them to be described as eccentric and deviant - although they may deny this! They love to be contradictory. Idiosyncrasies may be developed as a way of stating that they are different. Yet Aquarians long for everyone to be treated as equal. They will do all that they can to preserve the rights of each individual. This can give rise to difficulties. In arriving at a consensus within a group it is easy to over-ride the wishes of one person. The Aquarian, of course, enjoys being the exception to any role but may be intolerant of others who behave this way. Aquarians think futuristically and can be defiant and rebellious in justifying a decision or course of action. They have a tendency to inconsistency and others may find them disruptive. Yet they are excellent at absorbing information and quick to arrive at insight. Conclusions reached can be astounding and border on the genius. Aquarians need to feel appreciated for this uniqueness and may become bad-tempered and outspoken if ignored. They also, as one of the Fixed signs, need to know where they stand. They may advocate change but dislike change that is thrust upon them. At such times they become tense, defiant and difficult.
